Instead of saying goodbye to family favorites such as brownie bites and cheesecake, she spent her nights and weekends experimenting in the kitchen creating rich, tasty desserts made of wholesome, gluten-free and real food ingredients.
Her body and taste buds thanked her and it wasn t long before she was sharing her creations with friends and family.
Thanksgiving dinner was the real test, where her gluten-free bars were gobbled up.
By the next Thanksgiving, much of her family had gone gluten free to get all the benefits Alyson had been enjoying.
It didn t take long before Alyson s creations were noticed by Abel James. Abel s podcast, the Fat-Burning Man Show is the number 1 health podcast in iTunes and has been featured by Men s Health, Wired Magazine and Popular Science.
